Hope For Paws Performs Amazing Mountain Rescue Of 3 Scared Dogs

This rescue is truly a Christmas miracle. The mission? Save three scared, stranded dogs abandoned on a mountain in Wrightwood, CA — Ginger, Sage and Emma. When Eldad of Hope For Paws received the call on the Hope For Paws helpline, he knew this would be a particularly difficult rescue. At 7,600 feet above ground and temperatures below freezing, he had to move out right away. Eldad asked Lisa Chiarelli to join him, and he also enlisted the help of some amazing women named Corina, Jo, Alli and Diane.

After three full days of incredible efforts, the team was able to save all three canine sisters. “Raising awareness is so important to us, and the more views we’ll have on our videos, the more funds we’ll have for saving more animals,” Eldad says.

And, guess what?! Both Sage and Emma have already been adopted! Now, Hope For Paws is looking for an amazing home for Ginger. Ginger is being fostered by the Southern California Labrador Retriever Rescue, and they will handle her adoption. To adopt Ginger, click here.
